Well, you don't give any details; your age, health, etc., so here goes...

Left arm tingling can be something as simple as a pinched nerve to a heart problem. I suggest you contact the doctor and have it looked into, it couldn't hurt.

Sounds like a problem with your heart. Nothing too serious or you woulndt be complaining about the last few weeks. Get your doctor to do a full health assessment and let him/her know about everything you have been going thru emotionally and physically. Angina presents like small heart attacks over a period of time and can be medicated. Either that or you have pinched a nerve in your shoulder.

Best ideal I can think of is to see a doctor. This could be anything from a nerve to a precurser to a heart attack. Don't take the chance guessing. No matter what it is it's not a good thing. good luck.

IT COULD BE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR SOMETHING WORSE.. THAT HAPPENED TO ME AND I HAD AN MRI AND CAT SCAN AND I ENDED UP HAVING TO HAVE BRAIN SURGERY.................P.S. I THOUGHT IT WAS ONLY A PINCHED NERVE............... GO TO THE DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pinched nerve... something is swelling in there.
Go get it checked out.
