Ask her point blank "what will it take to have some time to myself?". I suggest you tell her something like if u don't bug me for 2 hours I'll play this game with you and play one of her fav games with her. It may take you having to play with her, but 15 minutes of playing may be worth two hours of being left alone.

She's at an age where she wants to interact and wants attention, and she probably looks up to you and wants to spend time just being near you. You're at an age where you want to be left alone and do your own thing. Think back to when you were her age. Who played with you? Do you think you would have wanted an older sis to play with?

Cut her some slack and try to understand where she is... soon enough she will leave you alone. Trust me! It just seems like forever, but soon you'll both be grown and this will just be a memory.

Being a little sister myself I can say that if you try to find something for her do so she will leave you alone will only work until she realizes what your doing. Instead why don't you take 15 minutes or so and give her the attention she wants from you. You are her role model and she only wants to be like you and do what you do. Find something you two can do together for a little while and then maybe she will be easier to get rid of. Of course you want to be left alone and don't want to spend time with your little sister but she is going to be your sister all of your life and you will eventually want her around! Make her feel loved now and it will pay off in the long run.

Your sister is 6... she doesn't quite get the concept of "me time". Be a good older sister, and play with her, watch movies with her, and promise to do more of the same at certain times each day. If you ruin this relationship now, you will regret it later.
