No, but it is a little unusual because girls are generally allot more emotionally mature than boys in this age range.

As long as you two are not making any permanent commitments, then it is just fine.

My brother and his wife met even younger than this, and they started *seeing* each other in middle school.

They were married two years after they both graduated high school.

So, yeah, it could happen.

If your dumb or not to like this guy isn't based on your age.
It's based on how you treat each other: preferably with responsibility, respect and care.

Of cause not. You said like and That means friendly and getting to know each other. If you share a lot in common and not just want to hangout and kiss all the time; why not be close friends and share moments and have someone special to talk to on the phone etc. take care of yourself and respect each other.

Nope. Age shouldnt play a factor in relationships, ESPECIALLY when its one year apart. It should matter on how the two "click"

no ive liked a lot of people a year younger than me. so thats ok. ive also gone out with a few of them too
