Yes I believe some men do and some do not. maybe not to pushy or sexy u dont want to seem like a sl*t. But confidence is sexy and if u know what u want go get it!

most boys dont mind, if the guy is shy, then he will be very thankful
thats how my parents met, my mom made the first move (and no divorce yet.. theyve been married 20 yrs whoot!)
im not saying you should make a move on a boy and marry that same guy, but its nice to have a bit of a change of pace and good practice in doing so.
