fructis doesn't really help dry hair. Dove? if you're using Dove for dry+damaged hair, you're good. I recommend you get a better conditioner... Infusium or Tresemme or Pantene for dry hair. It's really helps with frizziness. The Dove conditioner didn't really seem to help me, you see. oh and also,shampoo changes ae fine as long a you're skipping to a GOOD shampoo.

I'd say whatever works best is a good choice. I like Garnier's products, but have never used Dove. You may also want to try Tigi's line, available at most salons... they have a variety of things to use, and they smell so good!

either one I guess. both of them make my hair too greasy. (but I would probably go with the sleek and shine.)

those shampoos are very concentrated..use ones from the beauty salon there way better for your hair and well worth the money...a great one is Matrix .
