Do your homework as soon as you get home from school, or after you get home from doing whatever is necessary to do after school. Also, let your teacher know that you are having troubles with time management, they may be able to help you out a little bit. Is study hall available at your school? If so, take advantage of it!!

Write down all of your home work, and plan it out during the week, set time aside to study. If you really want to get into time management learn how to use a good project planing software program( I do this for some of my more complex projects I manage at work.)
