You may be aenemic and need extra iron to boost your red blood cells, a simple blood test would answer that for you. Your thyroid could be out of whack too...do you feel tired? Go see your doctor and get checked out.

I have had diabetes for 40 years and peripheral neuropathy for about 15 years. The arms and legs are always checked by my m edical professionals to see about the circulation in them. Mine is very good. I would suggest that yours may not be. The blood flow in an area generally keeps that part of the body warm. I would not be real concerned about it but it warrants a check the next visit that you have to a MD. Have a great holiday!

You just have bad circulation. Try wiggling your hands and feet now and then to keep the blood flowing.

gloves and socks? I have this problem too, if it is when you go outside and its cold, wear a hat. Your brain takes the blood from your hands to keep it warm, with a hat it doesn't need it.

This is a major sign of an underactive thyroid, see a doctor sweetie...the thyroid controls your body temperature, appetite control as well as maintains your weight. Good Luck!

It could be that either you are pre-diabetic or possibly have anemia. I have that problem with my feet and found out that I am pre-diabetic.
