how do you extract photos (jpg format) that is in MS-Excel file? need to use in in photoshop.?

have received a MS-Excel file with photos (JPG format) in it, but would like to extract the photos to be used on Photoshop,.....how can i get it done? or need the step by step instruction to it.

right click it and copy ... then make a new photoshop file and past it. The photoshop file will be the same size as what is in your clipboard.

Copy and Paste? Usually works for me, or you can save it as a PDF then open it in Photoshop again.
