I personally have never heard of fluid on the spine but i'm not saying that couldn't be it. You may want to consider finding a vet that can do cyropractic treatment on your dog. The vet I work for does it and we see miracles everyday with dogs who are having spinal problems. I'm not sure where you are located but the practice I work at is in destin florida. We have dogs and cats come in with all sorts of back problems, some who can't even walk, and after a couple weeks of treatments they are able to walk and carry on normal active lives. Call your local vet and see if any of them do cyropractic work or if they can recommend anyone and see if you can set up a time to discuss it with them and if they think this would be a good idea to try. Make sure you show any x-rays and records you have so they can see all your dogs history. Good Luck!
