Honestly, you should never get a papercut if your paying attention to what your doing. If it happens its probably something out of your control or werent expecting that caused it. Short of living in a bubble your just gonna have to learn to deal with papercuts.

wear gloves, get someone else to do what u want to do with the paper, dont touch the edges of the paper, invent a machine that handles the paper for u and what ever you want to do with the paper it will do it for u, smooth the edges of the paper ><, use moisturizer, ask a Doctor for a cure from the paper cut epidemic!, use a blackboard instead of paper, cut off the edges of the paper!!, but the best cure would be 2...
do something more productive with your life and stop worrying about the couple of drops of blood that come from the mean reaction of paper against your skin lol ^^

Slow down when you're working with paper; when I get a paper cut it is usually when I'm in a rush and swipe the paper really fast across my fingers.
