Yes dear Ice is a No No...your teeth are being moved by the braces, and they will be senitive during this time, please don,t eat any more ice..Ice will cause your teeth to get very cold and the cold cause those sensitive teeth that are being slowly moved hurt..Take care of those braces...just remember you will have beautiful teeth when they come off.

Doctors say don't eat ice because it is very strong, so when you bite down on it, it's like biting down on rocks. It can cause your tooth to crack or your bracket to fall off.

You could have just made your tooth sore, so wait a day or so to see if it goes away, and it you get a sharp pain you should see a dentist to see why.

yeah.. same thing happened to me when i had them on.

the ice pushes on your bracket and there for moves your bracket

you teeth try and go the direction the bracket is b/c the wire pulls that way

therefore...listen to your otho.

ice will break a bracket and you will go through hell cuz he/she will yell at you and your mouth will get cuts

BRACES ARE MADE OF METAL, AND COLD (ICE) MAKES METAL CONTRACT(GET SMALLER). THEREFORE THE ICE MAKES YOUR BRACES TIGHTEN AND HURT FOR A WHILE. TRY SWISHING WITH WARM, NOT HOT WATER. THE PAIN SHOULD GO AWAY.
