okay when you guys are at school and you guys see a cute girl pass by, what do u guys usually do? do u guys just stare at her and let he pass by or do you guys talk to her....and how do you guys flirt with girls in a non perverted way and w/out using cheesy pick up lines???

If you're bored and don't have anymore classes that day, you follow her and wait for an opening. [Unfortunately some people call this stalking :( ] The best openings are when she stops at a crosswalk or stops to read a sign or starts to shop for something.
The start of every conversation with a stranger will sound cheesy, but I like to ask if she has any of the same classes as me.

I smile, nod, walk past with my head down a little, or all three. I also think for 5 seconds what life would be like if I talked to that girl. As for flirting with a girl, I try to look her in the eyes when I am talking to her and not say anything dumb. Body language reveals all.
