What can I do to make sure it never happens again. I love her soo much and hate doing it? And do you believe it is something that I can do?

If you really love her as much as you say you do you would not have lied to her again. Only you can make the change but dont expect her to trust you for a very long time.

i really truly hope so, my man has said the same thing to me and he has also said it before. It does hurt us very much, and destroys the relationship because we can't trust anything you say. I wish you luck, let us know how you do. I'm crossing my fingers hopeing mine can do it.

human nature is to lie. determine in your head that you will never lie to her again. make a promise to yourself that you never will. if your true about then you wont. its pretty simple.
