I give him cute little 'for no reason' cards all the time - like one I gave him today that said on the outside, "Out of all the things that have happened to me in my life..." and on the inside, "...you're the best."

A couple of ideas...
Sometimes a card says it best. Look through a card shop and pick out something cute and sweet and something you know he will like. It will say a lot that you took the time of your day to pick out the card and to give it to him.
And maybe a little, cute note left in his wallet or someplace else he is sure to find it. And when he does he will think of you and how wonderfully sweet you are =). Good luck!

The things you are saying to him seem to be appropriate for where you are in your relationship. Say more similar things to him. Take some time to share with each other how you each feel about the other and where you both think you are in your relationship. You may want to discuss some token of commitment to each other; for example, a charm bracelet from him could represent that you both want to try not dating any other people at this point in your relationship.
