At first, I thought I'd be buried, but I think I'll end up choosing cremation. It's better for the environment than burial, and the idea of being underground freezing every winter, thawing out in the summer and rotting all the while just isn't appealing, somehow. If I'm going to decompose, I'd prefer to do it all in one day, which would certainly be the case with cremation.

If I am given a choice, can I just rapture like Enoch in the book of Genesis. No decay body : )

For practical reason, I would prefer cremation. Singapore is too expensive to consider burial and I do not want my folks to be oblige to visit my grave.

In addition if by burial you may even find superstitious Singaporean coming to my grave to ask for 4 digit number hopping to strike lottery! I cant imagine pple offering jossticks, candles, steamed chicken and fruits begging me to give them 4 numbers while i lay dead in the coffin 6 feet down. LOL

Cremation makes sense to me, my body will just be an empty husk, want to take up as little space as possible.

for no religeous reason, i think buried. It'd give a place for family to visit and remember. A marker on my grave that says "I will always love you". Some quote of love so that every time they visit they will remember how much i loved them.

I'm leaning toward cremation, as it is cheaper and more eco-friendly. I'm also an organ donor, so all those parts will keep on living! :-)
