I can't seem to find any fresh snap peas, so can I just thaw the frozen ones and eat them without cooking them first?

Sure, however I love the frozen peas still frozen as a snack personally ( I love the texture and sweetness). But if you like you can thaw them!

I will wash mine first. And some veggies I prefer cooked (green beans, brussels sprouts). But snap peas, I just rinse and thaw them then toss them in a salad.

They'll be fine, just thaw thoroughly before serving, and drain any water.
