UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. No matter what, they always love you - even after you yell at them for doing something they shouldn't. They are always there for you no matter what.

My cats always follow me every where I go. bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, computer room...

They just watch over me all the time. Sometimes they try to talk to me, and sometimes I even understand them.

I love it when I am on the computer, or talking on the phone, and they come in there, and want to get on my lap and cuddle.

My cats have helped me through some really hard times, and I don't know what I would do without them. They are my babies!!

They are indoor cats (have never been outside), and I also like that, because they don't have any fleas.

One of my cats is the most beautiful cat I have ever seen. She looks almost identical to the pictures I have seen in cat breed books, of the breed called birman. I named her Zania after a Lemurian Goddess. She is my favorite. The other one is a plain grey tabby, and I love her too, but she is a stinker!!

I am one + everything. I love their ablity to get things,.. notice little things like floating lint,.. and their non-sholant way of ignoreing things before suddenly snapping on it. But the twitching tail hitting me or the bed is what is implanted into my memory for my one cat (it helpped me sleep). They are soft and squishy and maybe purr (you know all this stuff isn't true about every single cat XD )

beernotcider: That is incorrect. There was a Chinese Buffet here they had the most disgusting ribs I had ever had,.. I couldn't stand them they made me sick,.. I refused to go any more. The place was finally shut down when it was found/figured out they were catching the cats around the Cat Shelter nearby and useing them for some of their food >.< So trust me,.. they taste awful.

I love my cats' distinct personalities.
One of them is VERY affectionate, loves to sleep with my husband and me (though she's very much a daddy's cat, lol), and LOVES getting in between the shower curtains whenever one of us takes a shower. She's lazy, and doesn't like to play a lot. Another thing she does that's just adorable (but annoying) is if I have gum or anything mint flavored in my purse, she tries to get to it.
The other is VERY playful, she loves to play fetch. She's aloof, but once a person starts petting her, she's very sweet. She rolls all over the place, and loves to give kisses. Another thing I adore about her is that even though she doesn't like to be held (and she HATES cigarette smoke, lol), whenever I brush my teeth, she comes to me and just wants to be held for a long time. It's so cute. She just LOVES the smell of toothpaste.

That's just my favorite things about MY cats...but I love the fact that ALL cats have different little quirks.

I love when I've been out for a long day and come home at night and as soon as I open the door my kitty is there to greet me and is really happy to see me! Also when she licks my nose or curls up on my stomach and sleeps.

No matter how bad a day I may have cuddling up with one of my 3 fat, purring, fuzzy kitties always makes the day sooooo much better.

I love how they take care of themselves and they are all into themselves. Yea you have to feed and change litter. I just love the cattitude that they present. it's all about them. LOL And the nuzzling and purring is good too.

Kittens - their little baby meows

All other cats - when they just curl up and purr on your lap

They keep themselves clean and tidy. They own you! You must be at their beck and call and you don't even realize you have become their slave until it's too late, your hooked!
They don't bark and wake you or the neighbors.
IF you get low on groceries, they are the first to let you know.

Just one thing? Well, then I guess it would have to be the fact that they snuggle up to you on winter nights and you can forget the extra blanket. Little radiators they are.
