what`s a girl to do!?

Question

long story short -

there`s a boy
he likes me, i like him
he has a girlfriend
he said he`ll break up w/ her
its been a week && he still hasn`t broken up with her

do i just sit around && wait for his butt!?
hahaha. or do i move on && look for someone else?

I'd move on. But my sister is in your situation only much worse. Her BF of four years broke up with her (out of nowhere). She thought they would be married. He kept calling her all the while he was dating other girls. She held out for almost 2 years for him cause he kept telling her how confused he was...they are young and she was his first GF...blah blah blah...but he still loved her and just needed time to think about things. In other words, he wanted his cake and he wanted to eat it to. She gave him action on the side!!! What guy wouldn't want two girls at once? Especially if both girls are willing to put up with the other girl being around. That's a real player right there. I wouldn't have put up with it, but she did...and now after all this time they are getting back together. Will it last?? Maybe. He came back in the end. So the answer is...wait him out for a while, but don't give up on dating other guys!! Go on and live your life and see if he comes around. If so, then OK.

You already know the answer to that one! He is not going to break up with his girlfriend to go out with you. It's like a married man who keeps saying I am getting a divorce so we can be together, they never leave! So, move on and, no, NOT look for someone else. Just live your life and someone will come along eventually.

Do you really want to be WITH a jerk who would do such a thing? Wow, what SUCH an easy way out!
It wouldnt suprise me if he did the same thing to you.
You see, he is setting the example of a "crappy, and non commitment boyfriend"
If you two date, you better believe it might happen to you. What if some girl did the same thing to you and him while you are dating? He will probably leave you too!
I think you are both immature and need to get a life. You dont deserve each other. You are only causing heartache for this other girl. SO CRUEL.

I would move on. There are so much to life than having a boyfriend or girlfriend. Concentrate on improving yourself (education, self esteem, etc..). When you become successful, you will be in demand and people will want to be with YOU.

well you should look for somebody else you shouldn't wait on anybody especial somebody that is taking thats not a good idea trust me just look for somebody because you never know what day is your last so the best thing is to do is look for another

i agree with zach s. !!! hold on to your feelings bec. that guy still has a gf. why not look for another guy who is single & will not break up w/ his gf just to be with u. be scared of carma darling. it could happen to u.
