1. spay on best smellin perfume
2. drop books right in front on him
3. make 1 of ur boy that is a friend run into u and make u fall then act like ur hurt then he will help u up
4. take extra time doin hair,makeup,clothes washin up and other things u doo
5. walk up to him say hello and start a small coversation and dont chicken out

There's no need in making a guy notice you.. Not unless you go to school or show up in front of his house, dance the penguin dance then speeds off.. Kidding aside.. If a guy likes youm he'll notice you then and there.. No need to do anything.. Ont he other hand, if he's definitely not interested in you, whatever you do will definitely not be 'cute' to him..
Let things be.. There's no need to make him notice you.. Just be yourself.. If you wanna strike up a conversation, simply approach him and start a conversation by asking small things and such..

Make the first move! Say something off handed to him so it doesnt look like you memorized some lines to say to him. If you are sitting next to him in class, ask to borrow a piece of paper, then flash him a smile of thanks. Or if you hang out in the same circle of friends, chat with another friend for a minute then casually make a comment to him or ask him a question. Just be cool and friendly, and then you might find yourself in a conversation!

hey sister im in the 9th grade and plenty of guys notice me but when you find the right one you just need to be your self around them and talk to them!!!!

Just approcah the guy, say "hi" to him, smile (very important!) and start a small conversation. He will notice you.
If he is a stranger, catch his eyes and SMILE to him. The smile will get you noticed! Everything starts from the smile.

speak out loud and make him notice you especially in a class you have with him. If you don't have class with him then when you walk by him with a friend look up and smile. You can do it with or without a friend walking with you.

Definitely start to act like you like him, but don't let him know. Flirt with him on and off, until he starts to fall for YOU. This will give him a feeling of mild love for you.

dress nice, wear something in a pink to peach color- it means your open. wear your her up, with nice med size hoop earrings. walk straight, glance his way, catch his eye and smile. hopefully he will approach you wear some nice perfume like gap blue\escape by ck old but excellent
