am a 26 yr old female who i have been dating my boyfriend for 3yrs now. we have had some financial problems but slowly we are improving and i feel i should have been married by now. there is this girl at my work she is 24 and been married for a year now. i feel it will never happen but in my heart i know it will. am just kind of jealous of people younger than me getting married. what do u think?

and in the lunch room at work thats all she talks about is her moving into her new house and marriage and stuff and i hate it. its like rubbing it in my face

i don't u should be jelous because may be there is some thing goood in not getting married early and i think u'll be moe experienced of how u shold take care of a family if u get mrreid late,.

Well I know exactly how you feel. Here I am 28 years old and just now getting married. All I can say is, it is well worth the wait. Some people are lucky and find the right guy at a very young age. However, I was one that had to go through some toads to find the prince. My suggestion is ... be thankful that you have had time to do maybe some things that those that got married at a young age couldn't do. Be thankful that you didn't get married at a young age and regret it.
Hold your head up and know that if it is truly what you want ... you will have it.

It's been 12 years and I'm still waiting.As the saying goes you never have enough money;so jump on your situation now!!!Don't end up like me and be still waiting for 12 years because eventually they don't see what the difference is than living together and being married all they see it being is a piece of paper.And that's not true.Best of Luck!!!!!

All good thing come to those who wait. Why don't you just go to the Courthouse and get married ? Then it's done.....no muss no fuss and NOT alot of cash out of pocket. Think about it.
