My mother is a very sweet woman, but I can't think of what to get her. She is so picky about presents and she doesn't have a wish-list. I know she loves penguins, but she has too many statues of them. And as for jewlry, she doesn't want any. No candles, either. Or random pretty boxes. I take this very seriously every year because I love my mom a LOT. So I would appreciate it if someone would give me ideas. Craft ideas would be nice as well. Please help.

depends on the mom but all moms love to know that there loved, get her a card & something that says i love you in your own way.

If your Mom loves penguins, then buy her the new video that is out called Happy Feet. Something abit different but then you can buy her a stuffed baby penguin to go with it. So it would be a cute gift to give her.

Maybe a gift card to eat out. Or a letter from you telling her how much she means to you and at the end a note signed saying you will clean the closet, kitchen or room of choice. Maybe set a time when you can have lunch or a meal with her. I think she would appreciate that.

Does she have anything that is special to her, besides penguins? Maybe a favorite brand of tea she likes? If she likes hot chocolate, you can make some coco mix and give that in a pretty jar. What about something she likes but only purchases for herself as a splurge??

my mom is the same way she never tells me what she wants for Christmas
its best just to give her a gift card to a place she likes to go to a lot and make or buy her a really nice card to go with it
or you can also get a bunch of bath or beauty stuff lotions,perfume,shampoo,makeup etc.and put it all in a basket

Give her a card telling her that you want to take her out to dinner and shopping. She will love the time with just the both of you

you cant go wrong with bath and body stuff - lotions creams sprays etc.
also you could do a comfy fleece blanket, warm robe or a pair of slippers.
or you could make her a photo album.

no candles are you serious? most women love them...good grief...books of what she likes or bubble bath...coffee table books are always nice with large photos of beautiful places...
