Can anybody tell me of some scholarships that are not for the US citizens............I have a GPA of 4.0 and need financial aid for coll.

I'm an international student too.
You can try www.fastweb.com , there are some scholarships for international students. And you'll find a lot with your GPA.
I'm using Fastweb myself and applied for some scholarships already. For some of them you have to write essays , for others you have to show transcripts, Test scores , GPA , .....
