I have a doctors appointment tomorrow (Nurse does it I guess) and I have to get a shot in my a**.

Does it hurt? What's it like?

Also how is it given (Ie: What's the procedure like)? Standing or laying, etc.?

If u think getting a shot in ur arm hurt its not as bad as that. Its nothing but a bunch of fat back there so u dont feel much at all...its alot better. I get a shot in my butt every three months and the last time is just as painless as the first one

The procedure varies sometimes, but they'll probably just have you stand and pull down your underwear over that part of your bottom.

It doesn't hurt. Honest. You have lots of padding there. Of all the places you could have a shot, that's the easiest.

naaw stop whining and get your shot already. most shots are given in the arm unless your getting tetanus I got seven at once last go around three and four in each arm.
Dpt, whooping cough, polio, hep a ,hep b, tetanus and a tb test all at once it wasnt too bad.
