Our beagle has eaten worse than that. I would worry about it. It will work itself out.

Is it one of those compressible foam-type earplugs? My 6-pound poodle did that and I worried that the earplug would get stuck since she's so small. So I syringed some hydrogen peroxide down her throat and she threw it up. A few weeks later she did it again (two earplugs this time) but after her second drink of hydrogen peroxide she lost interest in earplug-eating...
So--the earplug might well pass right through--I have two beagle and one of them actually chews open cat food cans--I think their digestive systems are made of steel. But if you're worried, some hydrogen peroxide should do the trick.
Good Luck!

Nah I wouldn't worry my pit bull eats my ear plugs all of the time. It's like a delicacy, she goes and searches for them like they're truffles or something. Then I find them when I clean up her poo in the yard.

Hilarious! She will have less a problem passing it than you trying to fall asleep w/out said ear plug!

I understand your pain buddy, I used to have a beagle and he would eat anything... I mean ANYTHING.
beagles are just like that, as long as she doesn't look uncomfortable and is breathing just fine, she will probly poop it out
