find out where this attachment file is located on your hard drive via windows explorer, hilite it, right click, then delete.

what you need is a general traces cleanup utility try running the windows C:/ drive cleanup utility to get rid of old and uneeded files software that does a more through job you will need to purchase elsewhere, as the os doesn't come bundled with one.
