HEY! That is a great question. I know that there is an indoor one called Rye Airfield indoor park. They are on Route 1 in the Hampton N.H. area. I don't remember their web address, but "Google" that name and you should be taken right over to their web-site.
A few years ago, I went there for a special indoor mountain bike event. It was great.
As far as any others that may exist, I would ask some of the bike shops in the area. They may have the "inside scoop" on that issue.
