Wigs, extensions, lots of very good products. But, remember celebs get paid the big bucks so they can afford to always look their best. Just think how lazy they'd have to be on a day they actually look like a normal person. No makeup, hair not done, no fancy clothes. You only see those shots when the paparazzi is at their best.

Lots of chemicals and products to straighten and break down the natural strength of the hair. I'm not sure what your definition of "perfect hair" is but perfect hair for me is my hair it it's natural state.
Say no to the chemicals black women!

even if a person puts a weave in their hair..u have to mantain it for it to look nice..
listen...i am from algeria..i have thick black hair like black girls..but its long to my waist..
black people hair is tightly coiled...think of the spring in a ball point pen...its sooo tightly coiled..that when they comb it out it looks very frizzy..but its really not!
anytime u comb out curly hair...it turns frizzy
in order to straighten such hair...u can use a really good flat iron..with a nice moisturizer...or relax teh hair with a chemical..
its not a big secret..and weave is not the answer

As a black woman with frizzy hair I use Nothing, I was born with. But what do you use keep white hair so bouncy

they sometimes use weave (actually most of the time)this gives them the desired PERFECT look ..... some even get relaxers... however even celebrities like brittany spears.... jessica simpson.... eva longoria are frequent wearers of weave themselves

It's not just black celebs that have an advantage...all celebs do.... but then again they can afford to. It's all about the money and you haven't got enough.... neither do I...lol.
