He says he wants a gumball machine but I dont want to just give him only that. What are some other things i could get him that are creative and meaningful??

Most guys don't care very much if their gift is creative and meaningful. Trust me I'm a guy.
If hes asking for a gumball machine, get him a gumball machine. That's what he wants. You're lucky he told you something you can get him. Most guys say something along the lines of "Uh-I-donno"
If you must, you could always take him out to a place he likes going (movies or dinner or something) and dress up really pretty just for him. Make sure that you tell him you got all pretty as a present for him or he'll just assume you're just being the pretty girl he fell in love with.
Remember, most guys say what they mean and don't look too deep into stuff. "Meaningful" may just go right over his head.

If that is all that he wants then why not get it? How would you feel if he asked you what you wanted for xmas and what if your response made him feel the same way? Do you know that he doesn't really want the gumball machine or is this just what you think? Who says that you can't give him more than one gift!

Hmm, well what else does he like? I find that anything you put some thought into ends up being creative and meaningful. Plus your his girl so anything from you he is probably going to like and appreciate. It might be fun to give him a few little gifts but make it into a scavenger hunt. One gift has a clue leading to the next gift, leading to the next gift, leading to his gumball machine. Dunno if he'd be into something like that but you could do something cute along those lines. You know him best ;)

I owuld get the gumball machine and inside it i would put a gift certificate to his favorite store place ct but I would hide it in there so he couldnt see it when he started getting low in the gumballs he would find it

GEt his a gumball machine and fill it with something fun... Something he would like ... or put somthing creative in it like coupons to do thing with you with a roll of quarters ...

The DVD of some obscure movie featuring his favorite actor, an engraved watch, anything he may have mentionned in passing that he likes and that you remember.
Those are usually the better gifts for men, they don't get all into the sentimental crap like we do!
