I dyed my hair black, on 2 years ago and it still hasnt come out. I've used special blonde shampoo and conditioner that is meant to clean the impurities from the hair, whether it's naturally blonde or dyed blonde, and although it's gradually been getting lighter, i guess all things fade with time, it hasnt completely washed out. I remember when it was blonde the more often i went swimming at the beach, the blonder my hair would become. But i have not yet been swimming at the beach. Something about the salt water and the sun. Any other suggestions as i['m not a real beach/sun .

since I dont know what you used to dye your hair I am assuming it was permanent hair color and it wont go back blonde on the dyed part. period.. you changed the color when you dyed it - by coloring it you removed some of the natural pigment and added some artificial pigment to the hair shaft.. notice that I said hair shaft... only the hair that the color was applied to was changed... ANY NEW GROWTH will grow out your natural hair color. Using blonde shampoos will not change the color treated hair. black hair cant be blonde by using shampoo on it. Yes even hair color fades with time- but it cant go back to the natural hair color becuase you have altered the chemical make up of the hair shaft that is was applied to.. NOT any new growth. the blonde shampoo will be great to use after you remove the artificial hair color. -- and the only way to remove the black/artificail color is to cut it off or bleach it out and dye it a blonde color to resemble your natural regrowth.
Hair color does not affect whats inside and can not change your natural haircolor...so you will be blonde again - and if you have blonde roots you are on your way.. :)
See a stylist and she can suggest a haircut or a corrective color technique to help you on your way to being all over blonde again.
(btw - beach and sun wont lighten black hair to blonde either... but it will do wonders for a natural blondes highlights)

Dye it back blonde? A girl at my school had pretty blonde hair, then she was stupid and dyed it raven black. But one day she came back to school with blonde hair again. And she's not the richest person so she must have just dyed it. Also if your desperate enough go to a salon and have the color "stripped" from your hair. All in all it should cost $40, but worth it.

The only thing i can think of is if you dye it blonde again. I know someone who had blonde hair and she tried to dye it black but it turned red! You should just be thankful that it didn't turn out like that! If i were you i would just dye it blonde again. Or if you didn't want it to be so obvious just keep making your hair lighter and lighter until it is blonde again but that could take forever!

I would suggest going to a salon and having them fix it. That would be color correction (it can get a little expensive). Whatever you do don't try it yourself. Putting blonde haircolor over black does not make it blonde again. Another option you can do is get highlights to break up the black and gradually put more and more in it to bring it back to blonde and its cheaper for now.

black. i hated the blonde. i admire the long, darkish hair. it is so attractive while he's all sweaty on point and his hair is each the place, and then frank comes alongside and starts off rubbing his head on gerard . . . and the make up, i admire the make up. it is so attractive. in order that darkish and uninhibited. he completely makes it paintings. a super style of adult males do it and interestingly stupid, yet gerard made it familiar. he's so warm with the black hair.

hehe neither am i. Have you tried lemon juice or chamoile tea? if you soak your hair in lemon juice and let it dry in the sun, or blow dry it, it is supposed to turn your hair lighter over time.

I wouldnt suggest using those Sun-In type products because they would turn your hair a reddish color.

Shave it and let it grow back ... You can then color it as it comes back in .
