I am glad you have an app't. seems like a pinched nerve to me as well I think you are on the right track. Hope you are feeling better real soon. You may also want to try a Chiropractor.

That sounds very possible, if there are no other symptoms. I am not a doc by any means, but I do know some about spinal problems. Have you tried doing some streches to relax the areas? Try sitting on the floor with your legs stretched out shoulder width apart. Sit tall with your hips and shoulders in line, like if someone had a string attached to the top of your head and pulled up slightly. Take a deep breath in through your nose and then walk your hands forward on the floor from your body towards your feet. As you move towards your feet release your breathe and inhale again on your way up. Do that nice and slow a few times with as much control in your movements as possible. There are lots of other stretching exercises that I got from my physical therapist, but this one should help relieve some of the symptoms at least a little untill you get to your doctor. Hope it all works out for you o.k.

It could be alot of things.

If the Doctor doesn't fix it or know what it is,.. then it could be:
Your current Scedual [sleep, work, play,.. ]
If you wash your hair and are outside with it totally dry
If you wash your hair and Blow Dry it
The placement of things you look at containueously like your computer monitor
Something your currently useing on your hair or skin like a shampoo or lotion

.... blah blah blah.

You may want to look for a WHolistic Doctor/Chiropractor. That just means they know many things instead of one thing. Like a normal Chiropractor might know some bones in your back but not the bones in your feet and not the nerves and muscles in your back. A WHolistic may know your whole muscle, bone, and nervous system [and organs and vescular?/blood vessals system] and be able to find and correct the problems over a couple visit (they will have to work from one end of the problems to the other, like untangleing a mass of knotted and matted hair... instead of just ripping things out and makeing you lose hair / control of parts of your body). [Mine would also have massage theropist come in about atleast once a week and give free massages that day after you were worked on.. by your choice of course.]

Go see a chiropractor and you'll be all better. I know there are people that still believe that they can't help, but I've had a back injury for 20 years now and the only thing that has really ever helped was getting my back, back in alignment. It will take the pressure off the vertebrae. My headaches are gone thanks to my chiropractor, yours will be gone too. Go Monday!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

It is a pinched nerve in your neck. Don't hire doctors or anything because half the time doctors don't know what they are saying. Go to the chiropractor. I had the same exact thing happen to me It works really well. Most insurance companies cover chiropractic care.

it could be either a tension headache or a pinched nerve. A tension headache usually includes ur neck muscles. They get knotted due to stress or tension and must be massaged or relaxed somehow.

Sounds like a pinched nerve. You'll probably get some therapy.
