Sounds like you need to go to the doctor for your headaches. As for being out of breath after 30 seconds of running, it could be the type of asthma that is just brought on by exercise. My cousin has this and couldnt be in PE because of it. But that is the only time she would get it. Also, my son had this when he was around 5. Everytime he would run during PE or somthing he would start being out of breath and coughing, alot, etc..The doctor gave him claritin for that, to help his airway clear. You could just ask your doctor about that. Especially since you have high blood pressure. That can be dangerous and you can get headaches from that.

You should defintely see a doctor but you should also drink LOTS of water. When I exercise when I haven't had my water I get really bad headaches. Also, you face gets red when you exercise due to the blood rushing up to cool you off. It's the body's defense mechanism. Finally, are you over weight? Cause this can trigger out of breath and red face.

Please go to a doctor. If you have high BP, your meds may need to be adjusted. It is something that should be checked, especially since you are at a very active age and your body is/will be changing so much. I strongly urge you to seek medical care very soon.
If that checks out ok, get your eyes checked. Stress on your eyes can cause headaches, but it really sounds as though you have more going on than that.

ummm, I think I'd you should have your parents make a doctors appointment for you. I also heard of something called prepubescent migraines. Preteen girls experience these, as their bodies go through hormonal changes in preparation for menstrual cycles. None the less I'd still see a doctor it could be a sign of a more serious problem.
