How do I get all My Media(avi, mpg) to play on one player?

I removed real player, because I don't care for it very much, now I have windwos media and something from creative zen media player(it came with the mp3 player).

How do I get all my limewire movie to automatically play on windows medai player, withouth having to manually add the movie I want to play each time?

right click the file, choose "open with...", choose program, select your desire player ( WMP ) , check the "always use..." and hit ok.

It is not possible for Windows Media Player to play all formats, like Real Player files. To see supported formats, open up WMP, go to Tools > Options > File Types. You can associate all these files types to WMP. There are certain files like real player and quicktime that will not work on WMP.

The only media player I know of that will do ALL formats is VLC Media Player... check it out:
