okay so i told you how my ex was acting like a jerk well he just called me and he said he didn't mean **** but i still feel like if i believe him this time he will just screw me over again he said **** like he was really hurt when i broke up with him and that he just was mad at the moment the funny **** is that he didn't do that **** until after we started being friends again i don't know if i should tell him to go **** himself or to understand what he is trying to tell me and give him a second chance?

I am a little confused about what you are asking? The only thing I can think of is to see if he can treat you better. If you don't feel like he treats you well then get away from him. You don't need someone that doesn't treat you well.

my friend, people dont change, and if he did something to you once he will do it again, same goes for woman.
