First of all two weeks doesn't make him a bf. But, you could actually tell him the truth....isn't doesn't feel right. That you would rather be friends....or whatever.

Well just tell him, "I don't think i'm really feeling something here, I don't want to start something that I don't think is going to work out." If he dosn't understand how you feel (gets mad) then tell him "If you can't care and understand my feelings, I guess we shouldnt' even be friends."
