The number you use for your Avatar, is that your booking number?
We all know what you mean even though you are exaggerating. All that needs to be done has been done and the laws, rules and regulations are on the books. Any police or law enforcement if he chooses can brutalize and plant and do anything but they are real exceptions. What people need to do is not do the things that bring retaliation. If you run, hit back or draw a weapon you are going to get it big time. The criminals always yell police brutality but they are poor reporters. Cities pay out millions each year settling brutality suits and the officer is fired. That's the way of the world. Don't be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

But, then. who would you call if you needed help or to report a crime ? You're frustrated. But, you're halfway on the right track. Maybe, replacing them with everyday citizens and not killing them all is a start. The Gurdian Angels are a good model for this idea. Neutral Volunteer citizens looking out for one another is best and most just. The Police hold to much power for what they do. It's not fair. Some of them think they're also judges. They have laws that make them untouchable. They can attack you or kill you on the spot and say; It was self defense. But,if you even push them away form you. When they're rudely getting into your business or your face. Then,it's assaulting a Police Officer. As if they're something more special than the rest of us. Sometimes they're totally ruthless. They also act like a mob or a gang. Most of them must be cowards. Since, they need a gun,a bullet proof vest and lots and lots of backup. They won't confront you one on one without their equipment and backup. None of them are capable of achieving anyhting meaningfull in life. That's why they join the Police. Easy money, driving a cruiser that pollutes too much, hanging out in a doughnut shop, harrassing people an writing tickets. It's just an unnecessary waste of taxpayers money. The Police were effectively used in many states and nations to brutalize the citizens. From Argentina,Nazi Germany,Brazil,Mexico,South Africa,Israel,China,Italy and ofcourse America and Canada. I think you're reflecting to the latest incident in New York. That's why you're enraged. But, in Canada the O.P.P also murdered some Native Indian protesters. They attacked them at night. They sent in a riot control type of death squad & snipers. They supposedly ganged up on one or two Indians and kicked and clubed them to death and they also shot one unarmed man. In Winnipeg Manitoba. They arrest drunks who are Indians and drive them and drop them off on the city limits in the winter. So that they'll freeze to death. Those cops should be hanged in a town square. But, all they get is a slap on the hand and a layoof without pay. That's it. I've seen way to many riot Police repetedly club bystanders who are retreating. I don't know why the protesters never bring rifles, bayonettes and shields to defend themselves. As for the Brazilian and Colombian Police. They're pure evil with a badge.
I think they should be given a petitioned letter form the citizens first to give up their weapons and badges. So that they can be replaced by a citizens watch type of system. If they don't comply. Send in the Army to persuade them. I don't know why the Police are always casing trouble. I can't trust them anymore.

I suppose that you are responding to the recent New York City murder of a black man on the night before his wedding. None of us know the facts about this case yet, but, as it appears now, it was an horrendous case of police brutality. It should be fully investigated, and any wrongdoers should be fully prosecuted. I can assure you that this sort of action causes regret and shame among any honest police officers anywhere.

A FEW CRIMINAL CITIZENS RESISTING ARREST LEADS TO A FEW POLICE OFFICERS USING BRUTALITY OVER TIME.
criminals don't want to be caught, police have to catch criminals.
Veteran police officers get frustrated at the number of guilty citizens getting off on technicalities-most just want to uphold the law and protect the public.
DON'T COMMIT A CRIME AND COOPERATE WITH POLICE INVESTIGATIONS---END OF PROBLEM. However, if someone has indeed NOT committed a crime and is brutalized criminal charges against the officers must be pursued.
just my opinion

If an officer has a good reason to use force in subduing an offender, than it is justified. If an offender acts like a dink while being arrested and bumps his head as he's tackled in self defense..calling it brutality, that is just someone looking for redemption in the wrong fashion. As far as legitimate cases of police brutality..as they do exist..I feel they should be carefully reviewed and punished within the confines of the law. As far as killing cops...Who will protect you when your band of rebels turns on you and tears you limb from limb?

ever heard the phase two wrongs don't make a right? You vote in politicans who pass better rules on the use of force by police. That's the way civilized democratic socities work. You want to rebel and kill policemen then move to Africa. They don't have any law over there so you can do whatever you want as long as you don't get shot first.

yea ok you freak whatever you say. police help hold society together and they dont get much in return for what they deal with..as far as i am concerned even those thugs who deal drugs and or hustle people deserve to get the **** kicked out of them for making this world such a dangerous place. Police deserve our respect and cooperation chances are the person who gets beat up by cops most likely deserves it.

Police have the toughest job ever, they have to deal with knob jockeys like you all day every day. I'm more than happy with the job they do and if i see a cop beating a knob like you a little harder than they should, i think fair enough.
