Not to be a damper on your hopes but the same thing exactly practically happened to me in high school and lasted 4 whole years lol. Nothing ever happened. Its alright because he wasnt really good for me anyways realistically but you know what I think that the flirting and the sneaking around trying to see him was a heck of a lot more fun than actually having been with him would have been. It may work out for you though.....tell me how it was lmao. Now Im getting nostalgic lol.

This is very similar to taking off a bandage... Prepare yourself and just pull it off!... otherwise this will drag on and on and in the meanwhile someone may get bored or a new person may get into the mix.
I went through this too... he knew I liked him and thought it was cute how red I turned when he looked at me.
We had a mutual friend. (Do you?)
I was painfully shy so I would summon up the courage (it would take me weeks to work up) to talk with the guy I liked about our mutual friend... how great he is, how funny and then I asked questions "how long have you known each other?" "What do you guys do for fun?"
Innocent questions that are comfortable for everyone.
After a long while of this (months in my case) we developed a friendship of sorts.... Finally I convince myself to just get it done.
Asked him to meet me in the cafeteria after school and just blurted out... "You know I like you don't you?" After he nodded we just talked about it very calmly and things worked out for me.
If you don't have a mutual friend you just have to get a good attitude and go for it in a very relaxed fashion.
No one can write a script for you... Try having a make-believe conversation with him so you can get comfortable with the idea.
I'm sure he'll be just as nervous. Once you get over the initial hurdle of talking to him you will wonder why you were so worked up.
This is how we all learn and grow. It'll be worth it in the end. Believe me.
Try to relax as best as you can... you'll do fine.
Best Wishes!

Generally speakin i have never spoke the first word to a boy that i like but in this situation u could easily talk to this boy bcuz u both like each other. The one thing u could do is give the boy ur number on a lil slip of paper and see if he has the guts to call u and if so that will solve ur problem

You may be able to use that one class to your advantage. Ask him what the homework was and then start a conversation after he tells you. Maybe you can arrange for a bunch of your friends and his friends to go somewhere. A movie, a school basketball game, anywhere. You can get one of your friends or one of his friends to invite him along if you`re too shy to. You`ll probablly end up talking when you`re their. If you get his screenname, it might be easier to talk. You can just IM him and say whats up or that you`re bored and hopefully start a conversation about that.
And if you know that he likes you, and from what you`re saying, he difinately does, then you have nothing to be worried about.

Small talk, ask him questions. If you don't have that much time together than ask him if he wants to go do some thing some time. So you two can talk more. Get him myspace or e-mail chat over the computer. Trust me the more you two talk to him the more you will find your self talking to him and it will become like hes one of you good friends.

well i had the same problem. it was hard for me to. it seems really hard at first but a simple hello or WATS up. don't think of him as your boyfriend just yet. just think of him as a friend. this will make things much easier. i did the same thing and im practically in LOVE.
