The leaning and nudging is a sign of affection. But you should also be aware especially with the bitting and the pushing, these can also be signs of dominant behavior. You can easily correct the behavior by being stern with her. Use a strong No, and push her away. She will get the hint and she will still love you just as much.
Obedience lessons are another way of determining what each behavior means. It is also a lot of fun, a great place to socialize. Some local schools have lessons, and sometimes your local pet stores.
The best thing you can do is push her away and say NO, just to assert the alpha position. You should always be the leader of the pack. What kind of dog do you have?

She's training you. It seems like it's working very well too - "Hey, if I push this person around, I always get a big reaction!" Dogs are very tuned in to this, and even when humans aren't paying attention, a dog is always, always (!) learning about what works and what doesn't. Remember too that any kind of attention (even a "No! Stop it! Bad dog!") is much better than no attention at all. The next time your dog does this, if you want to stop the behavior, you need to totally ignore the behavior. That means: no talking to her, no petting her, nothing. She will definitely do whatever she's doing more ("Hey! This isn't working, I better do it more/harder!") You cannot react at all, or she will continue the behavior.
When she decides to go away from you and go do something else, have a party immediately. Play with her, give treats, whoop it up, whatever she loves. But be ready to ignore her again when she starts the annoying behaviors! It will take her more than once to "get it", but she will if you're consistent.
Good luck!

Becaues you pet her when she does it you are rewarding her and reinforcing the behaviour. When she does it, ignore her, push her away or walk away from her. Then after a few minutes if she leaves you alone, get one of her fav toys, hold it so she cant see it, then tell her to sit. If she does, play with her and give her the attention she wants. She has to learn how to ask for attention politely. You have to make her do the right behaviour, then reward her for it and punish the bad behaviour by ignoring her. It may take a while but it will work.

depends on how old she is, if shes a puppy or young adult she wants lots of attention from you.
if the nudging, biting, licking, etc, gets to much for you, start to ignore her pushing, it will tell her that you dont want to play and eventually she will back off. and i dont mean to say totally ignore her! just no when it gets to much for you.
remember that you are the dominant one in the house, not her.

The above answer about dominance may be what's going on...
With my dog, she only acts like that when I seem stressed or not as happy as she is... time to play! I think she is trying to fix me...
... or maybe she "will not be ignored, Alex"... lol ;)
If she is getting enough exercise... she will be calmer and less incessant.

She's establishing her dominance over YOU. She thinks she's higher in the rank than you are. Pack leaders demand affection/cleaning from lower ranking animals, not vice versa. Reclaim your command as alpha over her. Here's a link:

Gee...tough question...maybe she loves you and wants to show you affection because you are her owner and the one who feeds her. Additionally, she could be wanting more attention.
