you may just have a bug from eating crap instead of real food. just let it go, eat some real food, go to bed and you'll be fine.

you don't have a ED, at the most you're just a bit sick.

hey. it depends on why you didn't eat. you didn't feel well after the fast food? you weren't hungry? eating disorders are pretty complicated (I have one and I still don't get it) but this doesn't sound like the beginning of one. More info would help, though. If you are really concerned, try looking up some of the underlying causes of EDs and what some of the initial symptoms are (some are very general and it may seem like you have a lot of them, but try and think about things over a longer period of time-not just the last few days.) hope this helps! I'd love to give an more in-depth answer, but I could use some more info!! let me know if this helps!! GOOD LUCK, stay safe!!

So many times our answer is right in the question, for all of us. Helps if somebody can help us realize that. Always helps to sound it out with someone, or alone on paper.

I see you said, "I'm just to worried to much and all that worrying effects my sleep and eating. There is you're exact answer.

Now one question. What caused you not to accept the answer you're inner self gave you? Could that could be the whole source of the problem.

Either you still needed to sound it out, or you need to let that inner voice out, and listen for the answer.

What is the source of these worries. And I can see one possible cause, you have given way to much authority to the so called experts who want to label you with problems.

Alot of "disorders", are ones we create for ourselves with the help of people who plan to make alot of money fixing them, that is after they help us create them in the first place.

You're ok. Tell yourself you're ok just the way you are.

If things don't straight out, you can always still get help, or even get it while you are doing this. Medical to start with! I wouldn't let a Psych mess around if it might be a Vit. deficiency.

Trust yourself. Belief that you will be ok.
