in fact, it doesn't list the DVI at all online at some websites. I'm actually waiting for it be shipped, so I haven't gotten my hands on it yet. I'm guessing it should be HDCP or else you wouldn't be able to watch HDTV. ITs a westinghouse 19inch LCD monitor, i got it at bestbuy on black friday

I believe if it is HDTV ready you have to buy a seperate Tuner in order to view HDTV on your television... HDTV built in already has the Tuner.

That TV in not HD. The image you get from s-video is as good as you are going to get on that screen. A regular SD tube tv is not designed to be a second monitor for a computer.
