My kitty hurt her front paw. She was limping and wouldn't let me see it so I took her to the vet. He looked at it (said one of the others must have bitten her-it had a little blood) and gave her some antibiotics. As soon as we got back home, she was running all over the place and feeling fine. Do you think she was faking for attention or what?

Most likely the pain subsided after some time after the initial shock. Like when you get hurt, the pain is always strong at first but subsides after a while. I don't think cats can fake stuff.

Animals are prone to heal faster than humans. Ive accidently stepped on my cat's paw and she limped for a little bit, then acted fine shortly afterwards. Also, the meds couldve helped her, even though antibiotics are for the infection, doesnt really make you feel any better. Maybe had some sugar in them, made her a little hyper and forgot about the pain...never know...

Certainly not faking for attention. That’s a very human trait.
I think it is only natural since young cats in general recover very quickly.
You will see: when your cat is a bit older, you will have accustomed to these little accidents and you will rarely go to the vet anymore.

I always feel better after I go to the doctor. Maybe the meds helped.

yeah..I'm not sure that cats are capable of acting like a two year old child...more than likely a coincidence..
