FICA tax is Social Security tax. No refund, unless you have overpaid the maximum.
Disability insurance is usually state, not federal. No refund.

You cannot get a refund on either of those.
Those funds ensure that if you ever become disabled or when you are old enough to retire that you will be eligible to collect social security payments.
Of course, the system has to still be in place when you are old enough or eligible to collect and my answer assumes that they will be.
