Does anyone know how to convert a in2tv.com HI-Q aol tv download to a dvd or vcd playable format?

I have a friend that likes vintage tv and Im wondering if you can convert this into disc for long term viewing...NO THIS ISNT COMMERCIAL AND ITS NOT A SCAM...i just want to put a show onto disc. Ive had a hard look at the file when it downloads and am confused as to extract it out of the server program....any fellow computer techs out there want to lend a hand with some info. Were not into the multi dub business...im just looking for basic info..no more or less...thanks.

go to filext.com and they will tell you what program you need for this.
