For example the Bush twins and many others to go over to Iraq and help educate the people to run their country and in turn send our military home. If that was to be I bet the answer would be NO WAY from their families -- we donot want our children in harms way but then why is it okay to have our military in harms way ?

How can you even compare those two situations. On one hand you're talking about forcibly sending people to war because of who their parents are. On the other you have a group of people who voluntarily signed up for the military. They knew what they were doing when they joined, they understood that it was to be their duty to get in harm's way. They stand in harm's way so we don't have to. I wish that all you people who do nothing but complain about our soldiers would just shutup or pick up a rifle and stand guard.

Not this question again........

Everyone has a free choice whether or not to join the military. No-one is made to do it against their will.

In fact the only people who are not allowed to serve in a war zone are children of a serving president (read your constitution).

So to constantly go on about forcing children of congress to go to war is silly.

The people who are over there are there because they chose a job which they knew meant that they would carry a gun and dress up in a fancy uniform.

Its THEIR choice!!

If you dont want to shoot at people or get shot at, don't join the army....

Logistically it would be a nightmare due to all the security the Bush twins get.

This is an all volunteer military. I doubt Bush would prevent his daughters from serving. Legally he couldn't if they are of age.

Quit your b!tching...chill out.

i agree and disagree with you on your statement. FIRST, it is the job of the military to be in HARMS WAY for the security of the US.
that being said, the war in IRAQ DOES IN NO WAY FALL UNDER THAT CRITERIA. now that support for the us invasion is at an all time low ....... YES ...... those twin brats should be send over to Iraq to boost the morale and support our troops and if they should get killed over there ........ WELL ..... THAT MORON CAN SHARE IN THE GRIEF OF THE NATION AS WELL

bush wouldn't want his girls in iraq cuz of the war. it would be a good idea if they went to africa to help childaren there. If they wnet to iraq it wouldd be like "we are your friends, not your enemies." that would be a good idea.
