i heard of some blue plastic to use? i work for a builder and everyting gets so beat up from the trades. also for flooring? thanks!

i use moving blankets, you know the quilt like blankets they use to protect furniture

Diligent job site management. Know who's working in the house and when. Inspect the area the trades are working in and let them know that they are being monitored and will be held responsible for damage.

Covering things like countertops, etc. only gives tradespeople a false sense that these items are being protected.

Accidents happen, but if someone knows that they are being watched, do you think they will be careless when working around these items???

I use cardboard boxes, free at most dumpsters, in extreme cases, I use floor backing, even plywood.
