The easiest way is to go to a piercing shop and have the piercer re-open it for you with a tapered pointy metal thing (I'm not sure what the technical name for it is). It only takes like 30 seconds, it's sterile and not very painful. I've had to have this done several times as my nose partially closes every time I take jewelry out for a few days :)

Well, gosh. I can understand why you put this in the Food's category. Boy, yeah. Hmmm. You pierced your nose. Why? For grimenies sake? Why? And now you want to reopen it and you're concerned about pain? Come on! Take a needle and stick it through. Or go back to the place you had it done and have it redone.
I know to each his own, but I'm sorry, those studs in the nose just look like buggers! And just think of all the stuff gathering on the part of the stud inside your nostril, ugh, when you blow your nose. Stinky Winky
