i did a research about Cameroon requirements and i found a website which provides information about it . the odd thing is that i did not see India anywhere on this website . if India is included u will need a yellow fever vaccination certificate , a passport and apparently a return ticket . if u want to stay u will need to have residence and a work permit . hopefully the website will be more helpful to u .

It probably depends on what level of education they have, and if they can offer anything to the country.
