Please give me sum ideas on wat I should rite to a guy that i've only ever said hi to and he knows i like him but i don't know if he likes me back. My friends promised him I would rite him so i have to. HELP!!

Writing a note is a big no-no. Not only does it show cowardice, that sort of thing flies like fire in a forest. Not a good thing.
Chances are, if you write that sort of thing in a note, it's going to make its way around to all of his friends, even despite how many times you say "please don't show this to anyone".
Now that he's been made of aware, wait for him to approach you. You don't owe him anything just because of how you feel about him. Tell him in person, but avoid writing love notes or anything of the sort until things are definite.

i say don't write him. i used to do that when i was younger and it's never been a good thing. wait until he approaches you. writing a note is the worst thing to do to get a guy because sometimes it ends up that they show their friends and blahblah. it's just not good. haha.

Actually, guys find this to be rather annoying. They would rather you talk to him face to face, but if you wanted to say something, just say that you are interested in him, and if he doesnt like you like you like him, that you two should still be friends.
