I mean gloves that aren't stiff so she can bend her fingers with ease to be able to make snowballs and such.

Skip the gloves and go with mittens. Gloves are a nightmare for preschoolers because it is very difficult for them to put on because of all the finger compartments. Also , their little fingers aren't quite strong enough to move freely in any waterproof gloves. Get her a nice pair of gore-tex mittens with a zipper on top to make it easier for you to help her put them on.

Hi,
I use latex gloves that Dentists, Doctors and Nurses use. You can buy them at the supermarket. They fit nice and firm and you can till pick things up as normal.

They look like the gloves in the site below

Sorry I though you meant waterproof gloves that she could use for crafts/painting. I sure don't recommend these type of gloves for a three year old. My apologies.

Try a sporting goods store or online, the key word is Gortex. lined, breathable but waterproff.

Most Military gear is made of such, boot linings pants coats etc.

maybe try one of those specialty stores for kids at the mall....they might cost more but they might offer something you dont see everyday.
I like the idea the other person had about the latex gloves maybe wear them under regular gloves so her hands stay dry but I would defiantly make sure she was supervised at all times while she wore them.

I'd try Target, or Wall mart, they always have those mitten type gloves, with no real individual fingers
Good luck!
