I met this bloke 5 yrs ago. We've been friends since then. We started as a relationship or so I thought, but he was double timing me and I broke up with him. He came after me and insisted we kept seeing each other. As we live in two different countries, we could only meet now and again but we always kept in touch over the phone and internet as good friends. Last time was magic and now we are meeting again. It seems that from passion to disappointment, disappointment to friendship, now we are coming from friendship into passion again. One only difference though. I am not expecting so much this time. I am just so happy to enjoy it with him and when I look back, we 've been friends for five years. I just seem to find him better than all other blokes I have come across during this period of time.

What's going on? Is this love?

I am not desperate. Please note I wrote I am not expecting anything this time. I think people who expect too much are desperate. I am just enjoying now.

hey, this is life! you learn thru past experience! you do not sound desperate at all!

you expect too much last time and it didnt work out, fine, it is past tense.

so you expecting less or nothing, well you know wt they say. the less you expect, the less you will be disappointed.

who knows, mayb becuase you expect nothing, he will suprise all the time, it can be a wonderful relationship! and maybe this is the way of love for you both!

good luck and best wishes,

maybe deep down you have more than just friendship fo him, i reckon you should just wait and see what happens when you 2 meet up and take it from there, maybe its time you both had a proper talk about your relationship together and sort it once and for all,as if you are going or want to have a proper lover realationship you need to sort alot of things out, and if this is not the case you both must except this and move on and remain only friends as sooner or later one of you will fall in love with someone else.
