designing and analysing software some which are used are pro engineering, catia, ug, ansys, nastran, abacus, soldworks, autocad

I do not know if you are talking about US companies or Companies in India. If it US based company they want deal with large companies preferably with presence in US. This is because they can sue the company in case of any problems. Also if you are large company or dealing with large companies then there is less chance of deceiving because of reputation.

We use Solidworks and Pro-E and have COSMOS and ANSYS for FAE.
